PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH OUR POSTAGE CALCULATOR AT PRESENT SO WILL CONTACT YOU WITH A POSTAGE COST ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED CHECKOUT.  We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

We use Australia Post to deliver your items and ship all items by Registered Post so your parcel can be tracked.

For larger orders it is possible to have your purchases delivered by courier if desired.

Should you wish to collect your purchases that's fine too. The Copper Cow is based in Kapunda South Australia and items are available for collection Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

RETURNS :

Our items are of a very high quality but should any purchase not be as described we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund. Returns will only be accepted if returned to us at the purchaser's expense in the original packaging within 10 working days.
